Kurfürst Spa Rules

Dear house guests, the spa area can be used during official opening hours by arrangement, and depending on the number of guests (max. 15 persons) for an energy flat rate of € 5.00 per person and day. The use of the Kurfürst SPA is included in package bookings. For ecological reasons, the sauna is not switched on without prior notice. If it is off, we require a 30-minute preparation time. To use the sauna, ask for the staff at the reception. External guests can book their wellness time by appointment for an extra charge. Prices and opening hour

The entire sauna area is to be entered barefoot and nude. Please do not enter the SPA with your street shoes.

To protect the privacy of the sauna users, access to the SPA area is only possible through a team member of the Kurfürst Hotel. You will be escorted from your room to the SPA area.

Please do not take any glasses, or glass containers into the barefoot area, as to avoid risk of injury. You are welcome to help yourself to water at the drinking fountain, or contact the reception to order fresh drinks.

Use of the entire facility is at your own risk. We expect you to treat our facility with care. In case of willful damage, the user is liable for damages.

The wellness area is a non-smoking area.

Clothing

You can rent a bathrobe and sauna towel at the reception for a small fee. our One can request a practical wellness bag with bathrobe, sauna towel, large towel, and disposable slippers fora rental fee of € 10.00, which can be used during your entire stay.

Change of date and/or cancellations

We are happy to accept change of date requests up to 48 hours before the booked date, subject to availability. We charge cancellation fees or no-shows as follows:

• Up to 48 hours before the booked appointment: no fee.
• Within 47 hours before the booked appointment: 50% of the price
• In case of no-show: 100% of the price

Arrival

We want our guests have peace and relaxation. To enjoy your treatments in a relaxed atmosphere, please report to reception at least 20 minutes before your treatment. Should you be late, we will make every effort to carry out the treatment appropriately. Please understand that we will probably not be able to treat you beyond the agreed time, in order not to keep the next guests waiting.

Our times include undressing, dressing, and resting.

Gift Certificates

All services are also available as certificates. You can redeem all certificates conveniently at the reception when you check in.

Peace and Quiet

So that you can find peace and quiet as you enjoy the chirping of our forest birds, we would ask, if you to leave mobile phones in the hotel room, or switched them off in the locker.

Valuables

Please deposit your valuables in the changing room lockers. We cannot accept any liability in the event of loss. All prices in Euro, including 19% current sales tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. With the publication of a new price list, all previous price lists lose their validity.
