App for our hotel guests

In 2018, we chose a custom software solution from Betterspace to replace our guest folders with tablets in the rooms, and since 2022, our guest folders have also been available as an app.

This new solution offers our guests not only hotel information and our concept, but also a variety of excursion tips in the area. Our chronicle, which contains interesting facts and stories about the hotel, is also included in the app. To give our guests even deeper insights into the surrounding area, we have integrated the Livecam from Kaisersesch (Xsights). In addition, we have clearly sorted all important information about the hotel under the item "Hotel Information A-Z" so that one always has it handy.
