We offer you a menu card with season specialities from our Eifel region as well as some culinary delights from the French cuisine.

If you book an arrangement for gourmets you will learn a lot about the variety of our cuisine.

During the Holy week

Different varieties of specialities from sea and river.

Starting during the Easter time

Asparagus week – classic preparation as well as extravagant preparation.

Starting in the middle of May

Venison from our woods.

During the summer time

Mediterranean specialities for hot days.

During summer and fall

Mushrooms, chanterelles or porcini mushrooms from our woods.

French week. Á la carte and menus.

During the whole year

Dish of wild game only from our woods. According to the season we offer venison, or wild boar.
